How to work out my daily carbs, fats & protein

Hi all. I have been using Fitness pal for a while,

My dietician wants me to have 60-70g of protein a day so I have upgrades to premium so I can see how much I am having.

I just don’t know how to work out the amount of carbs and fats I should set my data for. Thanks Sue

    I have the Free version and I can see how many grams of each I'm having per day. Premium only lets you set a target by gram (instead of by percentage as free does). Both versions let you see how many grams you've had, however.
