I started my diet on 7/20. One month I lost 28lbs. Got excited. I went to 1500 calories. One week later no loss. Stay determined. Now onto my second week at 1500 calories. Did my weight in and did not lose. Need some advice.

I'm 6 feet tall. I weighed in on 7/20 at 456lbs. Now 428lb. eating 1500 calories. I have 4oz meat and veggie breakfast. Vegtable soup for lunch. Lean cuisine, carrots and protein for dinner = 1500 calories a day. Its hard and 4 days a week I even bike for 30min.

Any time considering this would be greatly appreciated.

First, congratulations on losing 28 lbs! That's an amazing weight loss in one month. As you progress into a well balanced and healthy diet with regular exercise, your weight will come off but probably not at the speed of the first month (a lot of weight the first week is water).

That said, I'm curious about what you're eating...I eat bacon and an egg plus toast for breakfast, a sandwich and salad for lunch, and fish or chicken and salad plus fruit for dinner and yogurt for a snack and it's usually less than 1100 calories...are you sure you're logging everything? At your weight, you might need to up your calories to lose weight. Make sure you measure/weigh/count EVERYTHING you're drinking and eating, drink lots of water, exercise at a moderate pace to get you moving and your mind off eating. Your diary isn't open so I can't comment on that end of the issue.

You said you changed your calories to 1500, but you didn't say what you changed it from...again, I'm not an expert here, but just wondering if you're eating enough to keep you going or if you're not logging everything you're eating?

It is hard to change habits - but it can be done. Takes daily determination!
