Hello All !
I’m posting per the recommendation of MyFitnessPal. I am a female in my late 50’s yet again trying to lose weight. Been a battle all my life.
I despise exercise of all kinds. I have a goal to walk some each day on my husband’s treadmill.
I also have a goal to control the amounts and types of food I eat daily.
No more late night snacking would be awesome but I think I’ll start with saving a little something to eat late night that is healthy. Totally stopping cold turkey feels impossible.
Maybe I’ll get a sense of accountability using this app. Hope so.
