Not enough information…….
What are your goals? Are you trying to lose weight, gain weight or maintain. If you're going over all macros then weight gain may be an issue.
There are medical issues that require low(er) fat diets and there are medical issues that require low(er) carb diets.
Without knowledge of your goals or existing medical conditions, I going to make some general statements. If you are trying to lose weight, then calories matter first. Meeting protein goals is important to help maintain muscle while losing weight. Many people losing weight start there and then tweak their diets to fine-tune other goals.
If the goal is weight loss - going over (maintenance) calories will result in weight gain, and under maintenance calories will result in loss no matter the macro balance. However, protein, fat and fiber are satiating components.
That said, pre-logging can help you plan ahead. Do you know what you're having for dinner? If that's a high protein meal for you, log that. Then fill in the lunch and breakfast portions to fill in. It can be overwhelming at first. Focus on one piece at a time.
