Potassium content

I decided to start tracking my potassium intake and was surprised to see a pretty low number for the day. With a little exploration I see that some high potassium food entries have zero values in the data based although they are good sources, e.g., kale, brown beans. If you have a way to check the list of potassium values please do and update.

99.9% of the foods in the database are crowd-sourced, i.e. entered by members. The site's admin can't fix them.
You have to be responsible for either finding correct ones or entering foods yourself which will then be available to you to use from your "My Foods" list or from your recent foods on the diary.
