Hi I’m new to this

hi my name is Victoria and I’m new to this. I’m getting married in October and wanna lose weight especially my tummy area. Any tips or advice is much appreciated!!

Hi Victoria. I'm Jody, female, age 55, from NY. Stay in your caloric daily requirement and don't go above. Try to not eat too much fat or carbs. Cut back on alcohol if you drink. Exercise at least 20-40 minutes a day doing a mix of cardio and strength training (however you choose to balance it). You can and should also have rest day(s). Drink 8 glasses of water a day. Log in your food. Try and focus on one week at a time. Seek supportive friends who encourage you but who are also honest with you. Add me as a friend if you would like!
