Greetings, went on a downward spiral with my health due to life changes. New job places a lot of stress and less time for working out and eating right. I ended up gaining 30 pounds in a year and a half. My goal here is to be more active, eat healthy, manage my stress levels and drop the weight that I've gained. I used to workout at the gym for an hour and a half each morning before heading to the office. Can't do that now but would love to get back into it in the evenings somehow.
