Restless Legs - how to stop?!

Hi All!
I suffer from restless legs almost every single night. It even escalates to include other parts of my body.
I tire myself out with exercise and hard brain work during the day and have a warm bath at night (often). I use a kindle to read and have created a regular time for bed.
On bad nights I will only clock 2-3 hours sleep.
Does anyone have any tips?

Try 2 TBS of chia seeds in yogurt before bed.

I
my severe restless leg. I found a product, RESTLEX + BIOPERINE.
Google it. I've tried others, this one helps the most. I also take 1 teaspoon French's yellow mustard before I go to bed. Don't know why it helps but it does.

I'm a big fan of magnesium! I take as a supplement and I take Epsom Salt baths almost every night.

I also suffer badly with Restless Leg Syndrome for most of my life. However, I only get it if I’m not asleep within an hour of going to bed. The only thing which works for me (recommended by my doctor) is rubbing Vicks Vapor Rub on my feet. That cool menthol feeling on my feet, instantly settles my legs, long enough for me to fall asleep.
