Just joined some Apple Watch Challenges through the Challenges app and I’m pumped. Nothing like a little friendly competition to keep the motivation high and the steps even higher! Whether it’s closing rings, burning calories, or racking up miles — I’m in it to win it (or at least sweat trying 😅).

If you’ve got an Apple Watch and love some extra accountability, JOIN ME! Let’s push each other and celebrate those wins — big or small. 💪 Just download the challenges app, & join code — xckv

Hi! I too am an apple watch user who walks daily - How do you log your steps on Myfitnesspal?

On MyFitnessPal go to your profile and click on steps. Select your Apple Watch.

On your iPhone through the Health app go to privacy section→apps→MyFitnessPal and select what you’d like to share with MyFitnessPal. Lots of options.

Below is the main ones I use. This is entirely up to you what you want to sync from watch to MFP.

It’s been a couple of years since I set this up so I may be forgetting something. I’ll update if I did miss some info how to sync.
