Nutrients content via picture

Whether it's in the US, in France, in the UK; the nutrient content label is usually always organized the same way. It would be great when creating new food to simply take a picture of the label behind the box and for OCR to get all the necessary information.

    I agree with the second part of your post, but not the first part 🙂 food labels are quite different in the US and the EU (and more than likely other regions): different layout, different units and different nutrients. Even within the EU the layout can vary quite a lot depending on the size of the packaging. But it would be great if some sort of AI or algorithm could recognize elements of food labels and enter them automatically.
