looking for healthy recipies and excersice routines to help me on my journey to reverse T2D

    Good Afternoon, hope your day is going well! I have a broccoli salad recipe if you want it:

    10oz bag of broccoli

    Green onions

    shredded cheese

    bacon

    ranch dressing

    chopped up the broccoli small pieces (you can use all the bag or adjust to your liking)

    Cook about 6 bacon strips and chop. or you can use bacon bits (use as much or as little as you want)

    chop green onions again as much or as little as you want (i usually use one small bunch)

    Cheese: I use reduced fat Mexican style shredded cheese but any cheese will work

    Ranch dressing: I use Walden's chiptole ranch its really good. use as much or as little as you need for taste

    mix it all together then let it set in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

    as for exercising: I do a little of tai chi in the mornings, I would recommend Don Fiore's 9 minute qigong and louhan patting video on youtube. I've also just started looking into Tai chi with mom on youtube, though she dosen't have full videos it's under the Reels. I also try to walk for 15 to 20 minutes every day, but if i can't do that then I try for a 30 to 45 minutes walk twice a week.
