I’m a grandmother of soon to be 6 grandchildren. I lost almost 100 pounds when I was 60 years old. Worked out and watched my intake using the app. Over time, (6 years) I put back a lot of weight. I lost interest in the gym as I have full time babysitting duties now. I have made the decision to use the app again to track and that is the first step. I gave away lots of small clothes but keep a couple outfits for incentive. Feel good about tracking and I know it’s a marathon not a sprint. One step in front of the other as my goal is to lose about 50 pounds.
