Ground fresh coffee bean powder

Hello. How do I add that I ground up 1 tea spoon of fresh coffee to my shake? Thanks

Without weighing it, I don't have a great suggestion. One option would be to use the USDA FoodData Central site, search "ground coffee", get a result like the one linked below (there are others), and use some arithmetic to get an estimate of calories and nutrition.

I didn't have a teaspoon handy, but eyeballing the tablespoon I keep in my ground coffee to estimate 1/3 tablespoon so 1 teaspoon, that would seem to be around 2 grams on my food scale. Could be a little more or a little less, seems like, depending on how fine the grind is (plus how accurate my eyeball is 😉). Close enough IMO, since this isn't a very calorie-dense item in that quantity.
