i’m new and i’m not okay with my health any tips on meals and good foods to eat to help me stay on track

    When I’m cuttiing I eat 2 meals a day - and try to stick to single ingredient Whole Foods - prioritize protein - steak - chicken - pork chops - fish - are my go tos - plain Greek yogurt with honey and protein powder - i generally eat jasmine rice or a baked potato with my evening meal -for a sweet treat after my evening meal I’ll eat a Yasso bar which are quite tasty and only 100 cals - good luck
