Tuesday , he came to speak , he was going out to local business's this summer, and I asked him to come to mine. I shared it with pics on my blog, here is the link

this is the second time I meet him, some of you may remember in April my friend and I got to workout with him and Suzy, I had been wanting to hear his story and such for some time, but I always seemed to have something going on when he was talking somewhere, so I was so glad to finally get to hear him. He is so great ,and really loves what he does. I love how he and Suzy have given their boys such a healthy lifestyle too. :)

    that is so cool! I haven't watched the show but I think hearing peoples stories are amazing. I'm sure you really enjoyed it!
