Newbie here , Hello everyone!!

I am muscular I’ve always lifted weights. But the last five years (46yr female). I can’t seem to change my body composition two more lower body muscle and leaner torso percent body fat… I have tried eating 2257 cals 2100,2050,2000,1950 down to 1700 cal and everything in thus last year… my weight is 41 pounds and I eat my way in protein every day. But the scale just keeps going up and I feel fluffy, which is the worst. I hit two hours of cardio day meaning very fast walk. Trying to keep my heart rate in between 120/130. I left weights five times a week maybe six and then sometimes maybe four gotta listen to the body.. nothing’s working…. Please help I started using body motion. Well at least tried and I just keep telling me I’m getting fatter and fatter.. it’s discouraging. Is there any suggestions out there? Thanks

The facts you report sound extreme. What does your doctor say about the scale going up while decreasing calories dramatically plus increasing cardio to above-average levels? I know some of them dismiss women's concerns as "just aging" or "just peri-menopause" or something, but that would be defensible only after some tests, seems like. If you feel like a current doctor is dismissing you without reasonable assessment, consult another doctor.
