New Here trying to find Accountability Partners and Motivation

Start Date: April 26 2025/ 206 pounds

May 3rd: 204.6 pounds

May 10th 202.4 pounds

My first small goal is to get under 200 pounds again.

My overall Goal is 50 pounds

Week one: I just tried to stay in my calorie range.

Week two: I started moving more by adding a 30 min walk into my daily schedule and taking the long way around anywhere I went. lol and drink more water.

This week: My goal is to continue new habits from first two weeks, try and stay in the ranges for low carbs and eat more vegetables and fruits.

I mostly want to improve my overall health especially my heart health during this journey and just to feel better and have more confidence. I recently stopped smoking and gained a lot of weight so now I’m trying to reverse that weight gain. So far so good I’m enjoying the journey so far and have really found this platform extremely helpful.

    Hey, we're at the same point of weight:) I was at 200.4 today, I'm really aiming for 195lb, that way I'm well under the 200 mark.

    Start date: January 19 - 234.4 lbs

    Today: 200.4lb

    I can't wait to see 199.4 because that will be 35 lbs gone, I hope for good this time! I have always got into losing weight to do just that, lose weight.. This time I'm looking at it in a whole new way. I was at the point where my back was in so much pain, I could barely get off the couch, at 39 this should not be happening to me.. Now my back pain is gone! I'm really noticing the the NSV's over the lbs loss, unlike the other million times I lost weight.. I used to do it to lose weight fast, and it wasn't manageable.. I'm not depriving myself, I just stay within 1500 calories and eat smaller portions instead.

    How have you been doing since this post??
