54, menopausal, emotional eater with a lot on my plate. I lost weight with my Fitness Pal back before Under Armour bought it out. I have gained it all back. Need to drop 40-50 lbs minimum . Canadian. Love humour & nature. If you can relate - add me as a friend please 🙏

    Hi, I can relate to being post menopausal, emotional eating, and having a lot on my plate as well. I'm 58 and I live in California, US. My mom and grandparents were Canadian. 😊 I have quite a bit more to lose (200 lbs) but am looking for mutual support. Wishing you the best!
