Hello all,
I’ve been struggling for some time now. I’m at the heaviest I’ve ever been (222lbs). I’m 59years old, 5’9”, and consistency, motivation and myself make it very difficult to lose without. I work night shift and usually eat periodically throughout the day and evening. I struggle when I get home after work, usually eating and then going to bed shortly thereafter?
Monitoring my my food intake isn’t an issue, but doing any necessary adjustments to calorie intake is extremely difficult. Always looking for some info?
