That last 10 pounds

I just can't seem to get the last 10 pounds off. I've lost a total of 35 pounds over the past 3 years, and I know I'm at my "set point" and it's going to be really hard to get these last 10 off. It's just really difficult to be eating right and exercising all the time without seeing a change in the scale (or even in how my clothes fit). I've recently switched to a 3-4 day strict low-carb/paleo plan and then 3-4 days of less strict (adding in some whole grains). I'm hoping that the changes will keep my metabolism from adjusting. Thoughts?
