Hey everyone, I’m Jess — and I’m on a mission to lose 300 pounds.

At my heaviest, I weighed 588 lbs. Today, I’m down nearly 200 pounds and fighting every day to keep pushing forward. I’ve had weight loss surgery, I’ve stumbled, I’ve regained, and now I’m back — this time doing it differently
I’m not following a specific diet. I stick to what works for me: a calorie deficit using the CICO method (Calories In vs. Calories Out), calorie banking, walking for movement, and building habits that feel sustainable for life. I’m all about real talk over perfection.

Hi, thank you for your post!! It is very motivating to see your success. Ideally, I would like to lose 215 pounds. I've tried a lot of different things and what I lack most is consistency. The one thing I have not tried is reaching out to others. I would welcome support from others. Hope we can be friends.
