I have canceled my membership to my fitness on 1/25/2025, a week before I was to be changed. Now I have been charged for 5 months. When you'll are charging me what is it listed as at the bank? the-fitness-source golden co, is this the name that comes up please?

That is not our company. A Quick Google search tells me that this is most likely a gym that you're a member of. Best of luck getting that cancelled.
