Commitment phobic

I’m a bit of a rough starter but I’m trying to commit to lose weight I’ve been diagnosed with celiac since the pandemic and lost my left leg I’ve put on a bit of weight and gained some depression and anxiety from all of it. And I think a healthy diet might help rectify some of my issues naturally. Lord knows I don’t need any more medication. I’d like to make this way work to my advantage in more ways than one.

I understand the depression and anxiety. You're facing as a disabled /disability life. It can be a stressful struggle. I am Going on 20 yrs disabled. Weight loss can be difficult. I was reading more about cceliac disease diet. My thoughts is portions that are light healthy meals, Choose simple dishes:Opt for fresh ingredients and avoid sauces or coatings that may contain gluten. Safe Foods to Eat:Fruits and Vegetables: Fresh, frozen, and canned versions, but be mindful of sauces or dressings that may contain gluten. Meats and Poultry: Fresh, lean meats, poultry, fish, and seafood without breading or seasoning. Dairy: Most low-fat dairy products like plain milk, plain yogurt, and unprocessed cheese. Nuts, seeds, and legumes: In their natural, unprocessed forms. Eggs: . Gluten-free grains: Rice, corn, potatoes, quinoa, millet, buckwheat, sorghum, amaranth, and teff. Gluten-free alternatives: Bread, pasta, and other baked goods made with safe gluten-free flours like rice, corn, soy, and potato flour. small portion meals soo your not over eating. Do you have artificial leg yet? If so don't stop walking. And weight lifting. You can still workout .When i was on social media. I was following disabled females. who has lost limbs or bourn with disabilities and these females got into work out. From weightlifting to jogging on treadmill. Most importantly is to believe that you're able to accomplish anything. You put your mind to. Positive thoughts, from here to complete your wait loss goals.
