Healthy meals to burn fat?

I usually eat the same thing. In every meal. To help with weight loss and sex drive. Spinach, peppers, broccoli, colliefower, avocado, red onion, baby arugula. For protein eggs, chicken, or fish, sometimes red meats and peanut butter. Fruits i eat are. Pomegranate, cuties aka small oranges, blueberries, watermelon and mangoes and bananas Spices turmeric, Cajun, garlic, lemon salt. Cinnamon. I usually cook with coconut oil. Thinking on changing to virgin olive oil, or butter. Bedtime snack is a banana with raw honey and cinnamon. This is usually my grocery shopping list. Any thoughts of a healthy meal that will burn fat.

    That is the saddest thing I have heard since Pearl Harbor day.
