Eat whatever you like to eat, try to stay within your daily calorie goal.
I had a tuna sandwich for breakfast.
One of the good things about being an adult is being able to eat what you want. Tuna for breakfast…eggs for dinner. Make it work.

Any food you enjoy that lets your calories for the day add up to the right number, and keeps you mostly full and happy.
Personally, for breakfast I like oatmeal with plain nonfat Greek yogurt, berries, peanut butter powder, and a few nuts/seeds; or an Ezekiel pita with peanut butter plus a cup of plain nonfat kefir (the fruit flavored lowfat ones don't have lots more calories, but I enjoy the plain one).
Breakfast burritos are good - last I looked the MFP blog had some good calorie-efficient ones, including some you can make ahead, freeze, zap in the microwave. Omelet with veggies and a calorie efficient cheese.
Lunch ideas: Hard boiled eggs with seasoned salt, and some fruit on the side, maybe. One of the lower-calorie nice-flavored Greek yogurts. Goat cheese and crackers with fruit. You're probably not vegetarian like I am, so maybe something involving the flavored tuna or chicken packets and a whole grain? Protein pasta with a calorie-efficient meat or marinara sauce. Egg muffins (good for breakfast, too - it's like a mini frittata or crustless quiche, easy to make in a muffin tin, then freeze and zap in the microwave). Soup or stew.
Eating salads all the time isn't necessary. If you're doing that because you're trying to lose weight super-fast, life will be easier if you ease back to a more moderate loss rate. Sometimes a slower loss rate gets us to goal weight in less calendar time than some extreme plan that causes periodic bouts of deprivation-triggered over-eating, breaks in the action, or even giving up altogether because Its. Just. Too. Hard. Bonus: More calories enables better nutrition, which can keep energy level up better, plus helps us learn habits we can keep using long-term to maintain the goal weight once we reach it.
If you're eating lots of salads now, I hope your salads have adequate protein and some healthy fats. Most people find protein filling, plus it helps us avoid muscle loss alongside fat loss. And we need fats to absorb all the nice fat-soluble vitamins in the salad, so don't want to short-change fats, either.
Best wishes!

How many calories do you allocate for your breakfast and lunch? What foods do you like that satiate you? Hopefully the answers to these questions narrows it down for you.
