    And what would that setting do/ what do you think needs to be different?

    Saw an MFP blog article about the 7 day MFP GLP1 plan available in the MFP app - It might have some ideas in it. Here's a link to the MFP blog topics - scroll down the blog articles a bit to find it.

    I’m also on a GLP1. There’s a very inactive group, but that’s about it as far as I can tell. If you find something give me a shout.

    As one who has lost 75 lb using MFP without GLP1 (and gained every stinking pound back) and now losing (65 lbs down) on a GLP1 also using MFP, I can tell you it would be nice to have a community of people on the meds. It’s a whole different ballgame being on the meds. Note: I have no delusions about regain—without serious attention, I’m likely to regain whether on the meds or not.

    @tford3539 - not yet, but registered dietician referred me here for the food logging.

    People seem to post about various glps in the recent discussiond/category/forums but have not noticed a glp group yet.

    If you are interested in an active group, there are different challenge groups in the 'challenge' category.

    Also there is a monthly UAC group (link to the May 2025 UAC - Ultimate Aaccountability Challenge group) - the monthly challenge is to a) stay in calorie target, b) track food and drink, and c) 20 mins intentional movement each day, plus there is an optional Topic of the day. Sounds easy but easier said than done, so the real deal is about practicing consistency, with a positive group who is too. There are some who have been at it awhile and everyone welcome.

    Anyone can join the private group anytime during the month. A completely new group starts open/public each month and goes private on the 6th or therabouts. Anyway, if you're interested, check it out: https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/147968-may-2025-ultimate-accountability-challenge

    @yakkystuff Thanks for the shout-out!

    To everyone else here: The UAC is not GLP1 specific, but we welcome anyone who wants to give us a try, with or without meds. In the end it does all come down to learning new habits/skills, regardless of which approach you choose.

    To respond to the question above, here's some info I found on MFP's blog. I haven't read the articles, but maybe you will find them helpful.

    There are also forums outside of MFP, such as
