43 and struggling to get healthy

Hi everyone. Can someone please tell me how to get things on track in my diet and exercise. I just can't seem to do it on my own. I have no support unfortunately 😕

Getting healthy is based on mind control. Meaning your thoughts, of actions to get done. You start this journey. You can't give up. If you want results. Try starting off with burning 100 calories to 300 calories a day. Once you succeed that calorie burn level up your calorie burn. Alcohol can slow you down and put on wait. Try an avoid heavy drinking. Don't starve yourself. Your food = energy. carbs help me with cardio. Protein and healthy fats. Help me with lifting weights and cardio. The more you sweat the better. Drink water, protein shakes. Don't give up. Get a gym membership, or use your block for cardio, and milk jugs or water jugs for weights. Or buy equipment. I recommend total gym Chuck Norris approved. Bowflex also has great gym equipment. Bought the max5, for cardio. Your support should be your family and friends. the angels/ Jesus. Also support you, and believe in your positive success.
