I’m new here, 64 years young and on a journey to lose weight and get in shape. I’m in the gym 5 to 6 days a week, for 90 to 120 minutes and have been logging food and working out for the past 3 years. I started at 360 lbs and broke 200 recently then plateaued. I’ve tried everything to break the plateau and no luck. If anybody has any suggestions please chime in. I’d appreciate some ideas.
