Just wanted to say hello.

I'm new here and hope this app comes out with some real weight loss. Than maintening that loss. I believe I am beautiful no matter how big I am. I'm here to change my life in a wonderful way. Bring tired and physically problems set me back. Pain relief and being able to breathe better, no diabetes, and less stress on my heart 💜
Mostly I am trying to take care of myself. It will be great to have a place to talk to others about these things.

Reframe your thoughts. Weight loss isn’t going to happen to you because you downloaded an app.
It can easily “come out with weight loss”- but you’ve got to invest effort in it. Weighing, logging, tracking, being mindful of what/how/frequency that you eat.
To produce that weight loss you want, get invested in the process.
I had a substantial weight loss and have been in maintenance for five and half years, all accomplished via the app.
