Today’s goals

I just finished my 3rd week using this app now moving into week four this looks like a good tool to keep me motivated and accountable everyday. I lost 3.4 pounds during the first 2 weeks but this week even though I followed everything to a tee I didn’t lose any weight which was a little discouraging but I’m gonna keep pushing forward. Here are my goals for today

  • stay in allotted calorie range
  • Stay in my low carb range
  • Drink 6 cups of water
  • Rest because I’ve worked the past 5 days and my body is tired
