    That's awesome! 🎉🎉

    I'm afraid I ended up sleeping most of the day to recuperate from faire, but I did get up and do a modified version of a pre-bed yoga, changing the rests to holds. Today, I'm biking to work, so I'll have about 20 minutes there!

    30 day fitness challenge Day 5✔️

    I need to step up my game. I'm having a hard time getting my head back into it.

    It's all okay its not that easy of a challenge especially if you're subject to stress or have a lot going on. Like I said at some point I might fail if work gets overwhelming and it can certainly get overwhelming 💀 sometimes baby steps is all you need. If you can do 5 minutes of HIIT or just basic exercises then you're still burning calories.

    I'm already feeling burnt out so I unfortunately half assed this workout through and through 😤 Hopefully I'll perform better tomorrow

    Day 10 of exercises

    I've just done an all round full round stretch because thats all I have the energy for. I've done about 30 minutes

    Arrrgh - I missed a day but I'm still going to track

    5/19 - resistance band 15 min - first day I did the complete video, not because it was hard but because I just didn't want to do it!

    5/20 - Walk for 22 min felt good to be outside

    5/21 - Morning yoga 20 min and goal to do RB later ; I love the yoga video "Charlie Follows"

    5/22 - 7 minutes of Resistance Bands

    5/23 - 8 minutes of Resistance Bands - I probably wouldn't have done anything the last two days without the challenge so I'm happy to have gotten off the couch!

    5/24 - 45 minutes of bike riding on a beautiful day! I then took a gentle walk with my 15 year old dog, Peggy.

    5/25 - missed

    5/26 - 20 min yoga

    5/27 - 20 min yoga

    5/28 - 18 min Qi Gong

    @363days We're proud of you for getting back to it!

    I also missed a day yesterday - it was a friend's birthday, and we ended up watching comedy shows and crafting all night, and I missed my workout time. But, I made up for it today! I ran my lunch errands by bike, and ended up biking for over an hour (with some walking - those hills are tough! 😱) to drop off mail and pick up some very hefty boxes of cat food! It was a lot of fun to get back on a bike, too! :D

    I swear, though, this weekend I'm doing the belly-dance video. It looks so fun!

    and @SPa50 - you're really killing it! Thank you for starting this challenge and sharing your workouts!

    I'm going to make it a point to try this (belly dancing), too, in the next couple of days…sounds fun.

    It is! I got my mom to do it Saturday night with me too. Sunday my workout was biking errands. My legs are beat!

    Forgot to check in yesterday, but I commuted to and from work again yesterday and today for my workout! Still going strong!

    How is everyone? @SPa50 how have the last few days been? And @363days , did you get a chance to try the belly dancing yet? Sophie (the instructor) is so fun!

    I fell off the wagon this weekend - a game I was looking forward to came out, and I spent most of the time cleaning house and gaming. 😫But, it was a good rest, and we're back today with the usual bike commute!
