Hello all! I have decided to start 75 Hard! I am so excited for the next 75 days to push myself and stay disciplined. I am documenting here everyday for the next 75 days to keep myself accountable!

  • Follow a Diet
    • Stick to it 100%.
    • No cheat meals. No alcohol.
  • Two 45-Minute Workouts Per Day
  • Drink 1 Gallon (128 oz) of Water Per Day
  • Read 10 Pages of a Non-Fiction Book
  • Take a Progress Photo Every Day
