Hi everyone!
I’m excited to be here and wanted to do it so you guys help me be accountable with my fitness goals! I want to get fitter by working out 4-5 times a week and following my intermittent fasting low carbs diet which, is not always easy, right? So, I’ll be posting here my workouts journey and dieting everyday to share my victories and failures… I’m determined to have more victories than the latter of course.
So, please help me keep myself accountable by DM messages if it’s possible anyway.
