MFP tracks your fiber when you log your food. It isn't one of the default diary columns, but you can see it in a couple of ways.

If you're using the phone/tablet version of MFP, it's in the Nutrition option of the More menu, Nutrients tab. You can see a day view or week view (daily averages for the week) of fiber and other nutrients. In the web browser version of MFP, it's in the Reports tab; choose Fiber in the drop-down, then hovering over the relevant day's bar should show a number. It should also show up if you click the "View Full Report" option at the bottom of the diary page.

It's probably in a couple of other places, too.

Also, you can customize your diary page to show fiber as one of the standard columns. To do that, you'd need to drop one of the current columns, and replace it with fiber. Personally, I dropped sugar, because that's not of high importance to me and besides sugar is already included in the carbohydrates total. That might not be the best choice for you, don't know. Generically, you can change your diary columns in Diary Settings.

If you need more details about how to find or do these things, please reply and say what you want more details about, plus whether you're using the phone/tablet app or web browser version of MFP. I'm willing to provide some screen grabs if needed to illustrate what you really need, but it would be a fair amount of work to give you screen grabs of all possible combinations. (I don't work for MFP, I'm just a regular MFP user like you, just maybe a more experienced one.)

    Best wishes!
