Hi! It’s Me!

I just took the first class offered by Kaiser on a 6 week healthy living thing and my goal for the week is to track my food… so i figured I’d pop on here (where Ive been for 2 plus years but never use it) and say hi to everyone and work towards making me healthier! I know what I need to do, but somehow I always find excuses to not do it…. Not that the excuses aren’t valid… but they don’t help me reach my goals. So here we go! Day 1 is in the books!

I started with Kaiser, too! They used to offer a series of free yoga classes, on the floor of the pediatric waiting room! In retrospect…..yuck!
But it was my gateway drug. Obese and sedentary, I still enjoyed it so much, I joined a yoga studio because the breaks between class series felt painfully long.Hope you pick up tips for a truly healthy life!
