Advice please! What am I doing wrong

I have been exercising 3 times a week for 6 weeks and I have been watching what I eat and I just weighed myself in the chemist. I weigh the same but have 34% body fat now can people give me advice? I will open my food diary now, this weekend was worse then usual but the last few weeks I have been very good My height 5'5inches weight 10stone 11lb bmi 24.9 and body fat 34.6

Your diary is still private. You didn't say what your body fat was before - did it go up or down?
If you had a bad eating weekend, it could very well just be water weight gain. Weigh yourself again in a few days after eating on track and getting plenty of water and it'll probably be down again. Things like high sodium, monthly hormone cycle, increased activity can all lead to water weight.0 -

Well first questions are going to be...
1. Are you weighing your food intake?
2. How are you measuring your calories burned?
3. Amount you want to lose and how much a week do you want to lose?
If you are not weighing your food with a kitchen scale you could be underestimating calories
If you are doing cardio and not using a HRM you could be over estimating the burn, if you are using a HRM for circut training etc again over estimating.
If you are trying to lose under 75lbs 2lbs a week is too much to fast (not sure what you are trying to acheive)0 -
A lot of days you're over budget, not sure how you measure exercise but 50 minutes of kettle bell is likely not 500 calories. You have an entry of a plate of dinner at some amount of calories, that's guessing, weigh and measure each food.0
