hello everyone I’m a 25 yr old woman, only recently committed to getting fitter and started doing walks everyday trying to build up my stamina.

My average is about 4000 steps a day, I put my below average at least 2000 if it’s a bad day.

I also really want to get some muscle but I don’t know where to start with that all I know is I’ll need a lot of protein? 😂
