Kettle Bell Exercises

Does anyone have any great full body Kettle Bell programs thier using?

I used to do some kettlebell strength training workouts, and the ones I felt worked well were kettlebell swings, goblet squats, high pulls, Romanian deadlift, and overhead press.

Oh Hi. I'm currently doing a very simple one. It's a take on Pavel's Quick and the dead program
Here's a great explanation
I do 6-9 rounds, KB dead-lifts not swings, 45s, push-ups, 45s, then rows right side (6-8 reps) 30s, left side (same) 30s. I mentions this because the rows are not in the original program, but I want to be able to do pull-ups. I'm up to 3 good ones now, so I think this is helping a lot. 20KG KB in my case. Not too heavy, and not too light in my case. Enjoy
