Hi, I thought I would pop on and say hi! I would like to keep in touch with others trying to lose weight right now.

I started following a calorie deficit along side the weight loss injections. I would like to lose 4 or 5 stone in total and have currently lost 1 stone 10lbs.

    Hello my name is Ian, I am a 41 year old married man who is trying to lose in total around 7st I am using mounjaro and have so far lost 1st 8lbs. Your post looked very familiar to my own journey so stood out to me. I would be happy to have someone to keep accountability with through this.
