The data on my phone is not updating on the web site

I am tracking my meals and all is well on my iPhone, but on the web version I dont see anything. I have confirmed that I am logged into the same account and even changed my username on my phone which updated on the web site. I have also confirmed friend requests on my phone which has updated on the web. Finally have tried the sync feature on the phone but I get an error and it tells me it hasn't updated in over 2 years!

Any suggestions? I don't want to loose the data on my phone!!
