Refund request

I am attempting to make a refund request (am struggling to get in contact with anyone at MFP who can help) - I made an account per the request of a trainer who I'm temporarily seeing. My trainer said there's a free plan option, which I thought I signed up for, but my card just got charged. Maybe I accidentally signed up for a free trial instead? Regardless I need to get in contact with someone who can help process the refund.
