How To Change From Keto Meal Plan To Regular In Meal Plan Section?

Hello everyone, I have premium. I picked Keto as my meal plan option under the meal prep and recipe planning section. I want to change this, but I can't find where to change it. Every time I go to cleack create meal plan, it's still keto.

From the Plan tab, tap the settings cog wheel in the top right corner, then tap Approach to change this.
