Hello guys, creating this discussion for posting my fitness updates.

Current stats :

Wt- 59kg, ht - 173cm, lifestyle- slightly active(involes 30mins of walk daily)

Objective : to incremently perform more reps of

a. pushups - 5 * 5, add 1 pushup after each pushup day

b. pull ups - 1 * 5, add 1 pullup after each pull up day

c. squats - 5 * 5, add 1 after each squats day

d leg raise - 5* 5, add 1 after each leg day
