Back again, this time I really need it.........

Hello everyone, I am a 55 year old morbidly obese fella with a stressful job and a fantastic family. My wife and I are trying this together with the help of Mounjaro, doing very well so far, but we are only just starting the journey.
I would be very happy to chat/communicate with other like minded people. Have tried every diet known to man, Weightwatchers, Slimming World, Walking, Gym, Personal Trainer, Dietician. I know what to do, I know its calories in vs calories out, I know I need to move more and eat less, just need to put it all in to practice.

Hi! Can you tell me what your typical day looks like? I'm happy to help you find a balanced routine to help you achieve your goals :) Walk me through ONE day, what you eat, when you get up, when you go to bed, how and when you exercise. That would be very helpful.

Thanks for the offer. I am pretty happy with my current routine.
Breakfast is usually a Protein Yogurt pouch, Lunch relatively light if I am at home, Ryvita, cottage cheese, chicken etc, if I am at work then i swap lunch and dinner as I cook for 2 meals, dinner tonight and lunch the day after. Dinner, chicken or salmon, broccoli, mushrooms, sweet potatoes. Again pretty good with maybe fruit and greek yogurt for desert. Black coffee in the morning, herbal tea in the evening and at least 2 liters of water during the day
Always do my 10,000 steps and meet my move goal of 1000 calories.
Bed by 10, asleep by 10.45 - Working from home i get up around 7.30am, in the office I get up around 5.30amI have NOT included the gym or additional exercise in as yet (apart from dog walking), but plan to do so in the next few weeks (maybe months)

first of all, set up your accounts so you are “Friends” with your wife, and make your food diary either public or “visible to friends only”, so you can easily share meals.
that way if wife is cooking you can copy meals from her food diary, and then adjust yours as needed For example, I eat very high protein My husband and I had the same dinner last night, but I adjusted the pork part of the meal since I eat more than him.
consider eating higher protein based on what you’ve posted, that’s not very much protein, especially for a fellow starting at your size (that’s not a slam at you, sir- I started at obese, lost over 40% of my own starting weight here, counting calories and exercising, so I can appreciate somewhat where you’re starting at.)
People using the injections are reported as losing muscle rapidly. Consider starting weight training now, rather than waiting, to try to retain muscle. You don’t have to kill yourself.Don’t cut calories too low. That will make this unnecessarily hard.
Beware of people who might friend you and contact you via PM offering anything, including personalized help or plans.
Be supportive of each other. Not everyone is on the same page. If she quits, or you have a “bad” day, carry on and don’t judge, berate, or make fun of. My husband started a couple years after I did, lost a fair amount and then struggled. He wasn’t as fixated as I am. He has quietly started again. I can tell he’s losing when I hug him and this time I’m staying out of his business.
Weight loss is tough, and the road is different for each of us- even if we’re in the same house, eating out of the same casserole dish
