well, the obvious thing would be to eat. It sounds to me like you’ve started out too fast, too hard cutting calories, and maybe over exercising on the other end.

Statistically, people who lose slower have a far better chance of continuing, both during the loss phase and for maintenance.

It’s slightly possible that you’re dehydrated. Dehydration can mimic hunger cues. Drink a glass of water, wait ten minutes, and if you’re still hungry, how about an apple, orange, air popped popcorn?

You’re very young looking, and I just finished reading a rather horrifying article about social media types pushing water or green teas in lieu of food.

    That’s just a stupid idea.

Start out slower, make changes like taking sugary drinks (including coffees) out of your diet, substituting fruits or dairy (cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt) for cookies, cakes, etc).

Review your favorite recipes and see where can you cut back to make them healthier but still enjoyable? Maybe halve the butter or ghee, reduce the amount of sauce, substitute applesauce for oils when baking?

My experience - as a senior citizen when I started- was starting at 1470 per day, and ending up (I started sedentary and ended up highly active) still losing at 2150 per day. My current maintenance is well above that, but I’m retired, still super active, and am doing stuff all day long. I don’t sit still until after a walk after dinner.

Don’t buy into 1200 a day goals, unless you are super short, and even then, many here will tell you to consider to eat more.
