Fat, Gay, Vegan on Mounjaro to try to help deal with heart failure symptoms

Hello. I’m Barry. 63, gay, vegan and live in East Kent. I have heart failure with preserved ejection fraction. I’m on Mounjaro (6 weeks in) and have lost 14lbs so far.
