Starting up again - 10 years later

Annnddd I’m back AGAIN, it’s been 10 years since I used this app and in the process I’ve gained about 30lbs. I think today I had that okay, this is really not okay, my clothes don’t fit, my stomach is uncomfortable, it’s just too much.
My goal is to be consistent and log everything even if I have days that are not perfect. I just want to feel happier and comfortable in my body again.

Best of luck to you - no doubt consistency is the key (even on the days we exceed our target). If we make one bad choice we can get right back on track with the next one - you totally got this!

I can relate. I have come back to MFP over the years too. I have had a love hate relationship with food logging. I like the simplicity of some of the new features in the app. Best of luck to you!

I'm with you, been off of here for about a year, have gained about 20lbs these last 2 years and am trying to get back to being serious again and log my food and exercise.
