I had lots of success with MyFitnessPal back in 2012-2014. I wasn't able to change ny life style and continue to be consistent. Im back, weighing more than ever, Weak AF. And with a Autoimmune disease that affects my thyroid. I need to make this exercise and eating better, a lifestyle change for good. Any help is appreciated
Today is my starting point for thr rest of my life.

Breelicious, the Committed Coaching program I’m using stresses what foods to eat at which parts of the day to support our metabolism to work like it’s supposed to. Key points are to have protein and healthy fats at every meal, while focusing on eating starchy and simple carbs early in the day, transitioning to fibrous carbs later in the day. This carb pattern is to provide us energy during the day’s activities and gearing down to the fiber-filled carbs in preparation for going to sleep. Ideally, I should get to the point of eating 5 smaller meals during my day, spaced between 2-4 hours apart, if I ever get my Circadian Rhythm and insomnia issues straightened out. I have been sleeping better since starting the program once I finally got to sleep. Hope this is helpful to you. Nancy R
