75 HARD

Hey All, I'm doing a 75 hard and trying to staying in Calorie deficit along with a 9-5 job. If you already did somehting similar please give me some tips to stay consistent :)

    I started this week. Best advice is to meal plan! High protein shakes are great - equate high protein have 30 grams and are 12 for $20. Canned chicken with light mayo on the extreme wellness wraps are what I do for lunch. Cosmic crisp apples are the best for a sweet snack!
