This is my second go around with MyFitnessPal. It’s been over 6 years, but I am back to try again. Work out with a trainer 2x a week, work out on my own 1-2 times a week and walk about 1.25 miles in between times. My diabetic dietitian suggested using this app to better track my progress. I will be 70 this August and am committing myself to getting in better shape. Gone from 223 to 181 in 3 months, but hit an impasse and hope better accountability will help me stay on track. Looking forward to participating in this forum.
